Tech Startup Receives Warm Welcome from Puerto Rican Secretary of Economic Development

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO - March 4, 2016 - Secretary Bacó took time out of his busy schedule to personally meet with Jonathan Kotthoff, founder and CEO of migo IQ, and recognize formal Act 20 and Act 22 status for the company.
